EasySafe OC 8 (Minasolve) is an efficient and eco-friendly alternative to many out-of-date preservatives, such as Triclosan or Triclocarban.
EasySafe OC 8 is a synergistic mixture of three active components including o-Cymen-5-ol; a powerful anti-microbial agent with antioxidant activity. It also contains Caprylyl Glycol (humectant) and Phenylpropanol (naturally occuring antimicrobial and aroma compound). Together, these three components act synergistically to provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.
EasySafe OC 8 is supplied in a convenient liquid form, is compatible with most common cosmetic ingredients, and shows good heat stability making it suitable for hot and cold mix formulations.
EasySafe OC 8 is also biodegradable and therefore recommended as an alternative to more traditionally used halogentated antimicrobials such as Triclosan and Triclorcarban.
