Biophos 35 PF is made from whole yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) by separating the cellular contents from the cell walls and hydrolyzing them down to a low molecular weight collection of protein, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, phosphoglycoproteins (from its nucleus) and phosphocarbohydrates. As whole cells are used, B vitamins are present and their hydrolyzates are enriched with magnesium and potassium glycoproteins.
Biophos 35 PF is a naturally occurring sugar-protein-adenosine triphosphate complex which has been fortified with protein-bonded potassium and magnesium and is designed to re-energize the skin. It is derived from yeast and is composed of the soluble cell fragments derived from the protoplasm.
